Mogers for HR CIPD Seminar and Inaugural Podcast 21/10/11
The Mogers for HR scheme for independent HR consultants was launched recently at a Mogers sponsored CIPD ICG seminar in Bath. The seminar was well attended and was held at the Pump Rooms in the Roman Baths in the centre of Bath.
How did Mogers for HR come about? Mogers recognise that employment lawyers and HR consultants operate in an increasingly competitive market. There is an abundance of employment and HR related information on the market and it is often difficult to know where to look for the things you want. Mogers also recognises that employment lawyers and HR consultants have been and will continue to be placed under pressure in relation to fees and service provision and that bulk providers continue to make in roads into our client relationships.
The market pressures facing lawyers and HR consultants has produced a piecemeal level of service for clients. This is because clients often end up taking advice from an HR consultant and/or a law firm and then end up being dealt with by another organization appointed by a legal expenses insurance provider. In many cases, that organisation will not be based locally and will not understand your client’s business.
Mogers takes a different, sector driven approach to independent HR consultants. We provide you with a one stop shop product for your needs and your client’s needs. This includes providing you with:
- products which you can badge as your own and sell as necessary;
- an advice line for you to use on an as and when needed basis;
