Mogers receives the mark of excellence 03/03/11
We are delighted to announce that Mogers has become the first legal practice in the South West to secure the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation – the mark of excellence for the home buying process.
The residential team underwent rigorous assessment by the Law Society in order to secure CQS status, which marks the firm out as meeting high standards in the residential conveyancing process.
Law Society President Linda Lee congratulated Mogers LLP on securing the new CQS status, pointing out that the firm would stand out to home buyers for its conveyancing services.
‘In what is already a crowded conveyancing market, the scheme will ensure that the public, lenders and insurers will be able to identify CQS practices with the knowledge that the service offered will be of a truly excellent standard.’
