David Hill

Head of Elderly Relative Support

David is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

David joined Mogers in 2001, qualified as a Legal Executive in 2005 and became head of the Elderly Relative Support Team in 2010.

David has considerable experience dealing with all aspects of private client work including inheritance tax, wills and estate planning, trust drafting and administration and estate administration. He is leads the Elderly Relative Support Team which advises clients, their families and carers on a range of issues relating to older clients' needs such as Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and Deputyships.
