Derwent is a Partner at Mogers and head of the Private Client Team.

Derwent joined Mogers in 1978, qualified as a Solicitor in 1982 and became a Partner in 1994.

He is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly. Derwent is also the Chairman of the Williamson Homes Trust, which provides funding for needy children in the Bath area.

With 28 years' experience, Derwent specialises in will drafting, probate and the administration of estates and trusts. He is a trustee of many of the trusts which Mogers administers, including the St Mark's Community Centre Trust in Widcombe, and frequently acts as executor, receiver or attorney for clients.
