Mark is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a Resolution Accredited Specialist in the field of Advanced Financial Planning and Pensions arising from divorce.

Mark qualified in 2001, joined Mogers in 2004, became head of expat services in 2009 and has recently become an associate.

As head of expat services Mark has extensive experience in advising expats worldwide in relation to family law. Mark is also fully trained in collaborative practice.
