HR Manager

Matt is the Firm's Human Resources Manager providing an in-house service that includes the development, communication and application of HR policies and procedures; as well as supporting the Firm's recruitment, training, development and change management needs.

Matt spent 10 years working at the Audit Commission and NHS in Bristol where he qualified at the University of West of England with a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management. Matt is a Chartered Member (MCIPD) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
