Associate Solicitor

Neil is an associate solicitor and a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Advanced Financial Planning. Neil specialises in financial matters arising from the breakdown of relationships.

Neil qualified in 1998, joined Mogers in 2008 and become an Associate in 2008.

He is a qualified collaborative lawyer and the author of “The Collaborative Law Companion” due to be published in March 2011. He also regularly speaks and writes on alternative dispute resolution methods to individuals and businesses.
