Simon is the Senior Partner at Mogers and a Solicitor specialising in professional negligence, contentious probate and company/commercial work including partnership and shareholder disputes.

Simon has over 30 years post qualification experience as litigation lawyer and is a skilled negotiator often using mediation and arbitration to avoid the risks and cost of litigation where possible.

Simon also sits as a Deputy District Judge and is appointed by the Law Society as a Costs Assessor.
