Jim Mason

Consultant Solicitor

Jim is a Solicitor working as a consultant in the Construction Team specialising in contentious and non-contentious construction issues.

Jim has set up and runs a Masters in Construction Law at the University of the West of England where he has worked since 2002. Jim divides his time between academia and practice as a solicitor. Prior to joining the University Jim specialised for many years as a construction litigator in the South West.

Jim is also an ADR Group Accredited Mediator and has guided many clients through this non-Court based dispute resolution method.
